High Adventure Camp is nestled in a magnificent forest of cedar, pine, and fir at 5000 feet elevation in the Northern Sierra Nevada. We are just over Eureka Ridge from the 2000 mile long Pacific Crest Trail, which runs from Mexico to Canada through some of the most beautiful and rugged wilderness, and considered by many to be the best backpacking country in the world. High Adventure Camp is 75 miles from Reno, Nevada, and located just a short drive from the North Fork Yuba and the Middle Fork of the Feather River, two of the premier white-water rivers in the West.
