Camp Lodge:  two story, concrete perimeter foundation, 1024 Sq. ft. building (32'x16'), with gray exterior paint on T-111 siding, 150 pounds per square foot snow load, Tahoe Blue self-shedding metal roof, commercial kitchen with 35 gal. propane hot water heater, three tub stainless steel sink, Montegue Grizzley stainless steel 6-bumer propane commercial restaurant cook stove (1996) with two ovens and a large griddle, and commercial stainless steel hood and cladding, two stainless steel prep tables, two refrigerator-freezers (1996), commercial grade Corolon flooring in kitchen, bathroom and camp staff lounge (1996). Lounge has a Timberland large wood stove mounted on a slate hearth. Septic tank for lodge and kitchen is a 1,400 gal. Jensen Precast concrete tank with a 720 sq.ft. (20'x36') leach field. Lodge building has an attached 512 sq.ft. (16'x32') DF dining deck with five wooden dinner tables, ten wood benches, ten wood scooters, and a metal framed sun/rain cover

 

 

 

 

 

 


Six each 184 sq.ft. (1 T6"x 16') tent platforms, 2''x6" flooring with floor joists of 4"x 6" DF beams mounted on 12 concrete blocks with 4"x 4" posts. Platforms are located two each at the Eagles Nest, Coyotes Den, and the foxes Lair. Tents are made of white, fire resistant canvas duck and are each 16'x 11 '6"x 8'4". 24 Steel Beds, 24 Mattresses with vinyl mattress covers, and 44 Chest of Drawers.

           

 

Combined bathroom/shower facility in a concrete slab foundation 320 sq.ft. building (16'x20') with gray exterior paint on T-111 siding, 150 pounds per square foot snow load, Tahoe Blue self-shedding metal roof, with 100 gal. propane water heater, four showers, six lavs, five toilets, and one urinal. Septic tank for bathhouse is a 2,000 gal. Jensen Precast concrete tank with a 2016 sq.ft. (72'x28') leach field.
